Adult Instruction

The Art of Piano studio offers piano instruction for all ages and skill levels, from beginner to very advanced.  Adult students are invited to participate in all of The Art of Piano activities and events but may opt out of any of them if they prefer.  Two types of adult instruction are available:

Weekly Instruction

is available for adults at any level of proficiency in piano. The schedule, policies and tuition are identical for children, youth and adults. Lessons may be scheduled for daytime or evening hours.

Less Frequent Lessons

are available for adults at the intermediate and advanced levels only.  Lessons are 60 minutes long and are most commonly held every other week.  Although a regular lesson day and time is scheduled, lessons are confirmed and paid for one at a time. The fee for a single lesson is somewhat higher than the pro-rated tuition students registered for an entire semester of weekly lessons pay. Students who do not take lessons every week are normally scheduled for weekdays, between 9 and 3:30 p.m.
